About Us

MASTER CRAFTERS NETWORK HUB CIC was inspired by the completion of branding and communications degree in 2018. After Keytonia graduated, she quickly recognised that critical thinking was in fact the missing link in education. This led her to qualifying as a teacher with 7 years in primary schools across London, later certifying as a coach and counsellor, trainer and educational consultant. Our aim is to bring together education, coaching and real-world development to create meaningful, lasting impact for all. Our services are run by system-level thinkers, solving modern problems that will we  all need to face head on, in the near future.

We've recognised that children are being raised in a world that is changing faster than the systems designed to support them

What support do you have?

Something isn’t quite working.

You see it in children who are capable, yet lack confidence.

In those who can socially adept, but struggle to think independently.

In parents who want to support, but were never shown how.

And in systems that prioritise outcomes, but often miss the individual.

Research continues to highlight the impact of increased screen time on children, from reduced attention spans and disrupted behaviour in early years, to rising levels of anxiety and depression in adolescence. At the same time, parents and educators are increasingly stretched, often without access to the tools or support needed to respond effectively.

The result? Children who are consuming more information than ever but developing less confidence in how to think, engage and navigate the world around them. As learning facilitators, parents and schools we are increasingly out of touch with the experiences and issues children and young people are facing.

WHO WE WORK WITH

At MASTER CRAFTERS NETWORK HUB C.I.C, we believe children, families and communities develop best when learning extends beyond isolated systems and becomes part of a wider, connected developmental ecosystem.

Because preparing children for the future requires more than academic instruction alone. It requires emotionally aware, socially connected and critically engaged communities willing to grow together.

Transformational learning and developmental support should extend beyond traditional classrooms alone.

We work collaboratively with:

  • Children and Young People

  • Parents & Carers

  • Schools, Colleges & Educational Settings

  • Intergenerational Learning Facilities

as well as, organisations and community spaces to create learning ecosystems that strengthen critical thinking, emotional wellbeing, confidence, communication and real-world preparedness.

Our work is designed to support individuals and communities navigating the realities of modern childhood, education and social

development within an increasingly digital and fast-changing world.
