Our Story
We started off offering soley edutainment birthday packages implementing a sublime learning element to get children on board with the science, technology, engineering and maths. During the pandemic, schools were asked to become more than schools. More than ever before, us teachers were required to become crisis managers, emotional support systems, digital facilitators, and frontline stabilisers for families under immense pressure. Parents were suddenly home-schooling while trying to survive uncertainty, financial pressure, and emotional strain and children were trying to make sense of a world that felt unstable, fragmented, and often frightening. The stability was fundamentally gone so we left.
Till this day, schools are still finding it difficult to help students catch-up with lost learning due to the pandemic. The gap in achievement for children and young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds continues to grow. We've developed out learning eco-systems, not to replace schools, teachers, or parents but to support what has been stretched, and help rebuild the spaces where thinking, reflection, creativity, and emotional understanding can grow again in a way that suits the future we find has arrived for our children and us. We believe that one of the most important skills a child can develop today is the ability to think for themselves meaning to pause, question, reflect, and understand rather than react or absorb passively.
Because when children learn how to think critically, they are less likely to be overwhelmed by noise, less likely to misinterpret the world around them, and more likely to grow into adults who can navigate complexity with clarity and confidence which is something the pandemic highlighted for us. Our work is about rebuilding that foundation. Slowly, practically, and with care. It is about building something stronger than what existed before. MasterCrafters network offers bespoke educational workshops for schools, CPD educational institutions and more. We also offer interactive problem-solving entertainment packages as a means of sublime engagements supporting parents reconnect with their children through discovery and exploration.
